New Scottish cheese from the Isle of Mull

Delighted to announce that we have just received our first order of Hebridean blue

From the Sgriob-ruadh Farm on the isle of Mull, this is a natural raw cow's milk, blue cheese made with natural animal rennet.
Strong and creamy in taste, it will be a pleasure to see how it develops.

Available in 5 kg truckle, or halves of 2.5kg.
