The latest offering from the Devenick Dairy is the Broon coo!
This is a pasteurised Jersey cows' milk Brie style, made with vegetable rennet.
The taste is of course rich and creamy/buttery and pleasantly sweet. the rind is delicate and in good proportion to the pate.
the cheeses weight slightly under 1kg each.
