Pungeant and creamy!
Brebis Fougere is a small (300g) washed rind ewes milk cheese from Corsica. Also known as Filetta (fern) Brebis. The cheese matures for 4 -6 weeks, has a lovely creamy pate with hints of mushrooms and the washed rind offers beautiful contrast.
