Brillat-Savarin from Herve Mons

Brillat-Savarin is a triple cream, bloomy rind cheese with a high fat content (75%). the cheese was created in 1930's, named after the 18th century gastronomie author and politician.
The taste is creamy and rich with a salty finish.
A beautiful cheese, matured of course to perfection by Meilleur Ouvrier de France: Herve Mons.
