Gouda from Connage Highland Dairy

Well worth a try! From husband and wife team, Callum and Jill, this is a pasteurised, organic Gouda from their herd of cow, happy to graze on the lush, clover rich pastures of the shores of the Moray Firth near Inverness. The cheese comes in 10kg wheels, has a sweet and mild taste but becomes firmer and stronger as it matures.
This makes an excellent table cheese for a milder choice or even a great breakfast offering.
