Ubriaco Classico di Raboso

For something original on your cheese board, you would do well to consider Ubriaco Classico di Raboso.
Ubriaco translate from Italian as "drunk". This drunken cheese is made with pasteurised cows' milk aged in top quality Raboso wine must. Made in the Treviso province. It has a full, well balanced flavour with a good winey aftertaste.
