May Hill Green

May Hill Green is a full fat pasteurised cows' milk cheese from Charles Martell & Son, in Gloucestershire.
The cheese in circled by a Beechwood lath and topped with chopped nettles. the pate is semi-soft with eyes. the taste is lactic with and fairly strong aroma.
A great cheese to liven up a board or trolley.
