Vacherin Mont d'Or

Back in stock! Vacherin Mont d'Or is really the cheese to have in this cold weather. In my opinion, it is best, served hot from the oven, with a little white wine, garlic and a topping of bread crumbs, parsley and chopped hazelnuts.
We stock 500g and 3kg format but it is also available in 800g.

For other winter cheese treats, don't forget Tartiflette made with Reblochon, potatoes, lardons, onions, white wine and creme fraiche; Raclette, simply melted over potatoes, charcuterie and cornichons and a fondue Savoyarde (with Abondance, Emmental and Beaufort) or Jurrassienne (with Comte, young and mature).
