We have been stocking this cheese for a little time now and what a real pleasure it is!
Quadrello is made with rich Buffalo milk from the Lombardy region of Northern Italy. It is a washed rind, matured cheese in the style of a Taleggio but with a creamier, sweeter pate with an intense milky flavour. The contrast between the sweet pate and the slight tart rind works beautifully.
