Golden Cenarth
From the multiple award winning Caws Cenarth Cheese.
Golden Cenarth is an organic cow's milk cheese with a washed rind producing a pungeant aroma. the rind is gritty in texture and strong taste, which give an interesting contrast when eaten with the sweet pate.
A well crafted cheese, similar to an Epoisses but from the British Isles.
Please note that we have also taken some stock of their blue cheese: Perl Las Blue. The taste is a round creaminess with lingering blue overtones.
