Lairig Grhu

Lairig Ghru (Pronounced: Larig groo) is named after the famous pass in the middle of the Cairngorm mountains.

The cheese is made by the Cambus O'May Cheese Co. in Royal deeside, Scotland. This is an unpasteurised cows milk cheese with a natural rind. The cheese is moist and crumbly with a pleasant tand and long finish. A lovely cheese that will please those who favor a milder cheese. A full cheese weights 12kg.
