Spring ideas

From the creative mind of Ann Dorward at the Dunlop dairy, Paddy's mile stone ( the local name for the Ailsa craig) is a pasteurized, vegetarian, cows milk cheese with a "fluffy" textured pate and a delicate bloomy rind. 160g Approx. It is a great spring cheese!
We are still a few weeks away from stocking the Ailsa craig (the goats' milk version).
