Garrotxa is a pasteurised goats' milk cheese made at the foothills of the Pyrenees in Catalunya, Spain.
It has a velvety grey rind with a white creamy pate. Aromas of mountain herbs and walnuts.
the taste is subtle when young but becomes fuller as it matures.
