Barwheys is the latest addition to our extensive list of Scottish farmhouse cheeses. Barwheys is a hard cheese made with the unpasteurised milk of pedigree Ayrshire cows. Located near Maybole, South Ayrshire, the cheese is made following traditional recipe and them matured for up to 18 months. For tasting notes, please visit the Barwheys website.
