Mahon semi-curado, D.O.P.

Mahon is an artizan cheese from the Balearic island of Menorca, Spain.

The cheese is made from raw cows' milk. The rind is rubbed with paprika and olive oil, so it can develop the aroma of fresh peaches !

The cheese is firm with a strong taste, not unlike cheddar.

An absolute pleasure to the senses!
