Filetta Brebis
An artisan sheeps' milk cheese, named after the fern resting on it's washed rind. originating from Isolaccio (45km south of Bastia) on the Isle of beauty, Corsica.
The flavours of the soft paste become very pronounced when ripened. Strong aromas from the wash balanced very well with the sweet paste.
Pasteurised, Natural rennet.
