We are now selling Ogleshield.
Made by Jaimie Montgomery, this is an unpasteurized Jersey cows' milk cheese with a creamy texture and long lasting fruity flavours.
The rind is washed for more flavour and aroma.
Ogleshield makes a great British alternative to Raclette. it will melt well.
6kg rounds. Traditional rennet.
