Just in time for Christmas! we have just received some delicious organic Gouda form the Connage Highland Dairy in Ardesier near Inverness.
A classic combination that works well. The contrast between the sweet pate and the bitterness of the cumin seed is perfect. This is an organic cows milk cheese, suitable for vegetarian.
