Yes, i know! I have already talked to you about the Corra Linn. But I just wanted to give you an update on how the cheese has developed. It is always very nice to welcome a new cheese to the portfolio but it is much nicer to see it becoming a success.
Corra Linn has not disappointed! The cheese is close to a Pyreeneese Ossau Iraty or a distant Manchego. Dry in texture, it will surprise you with a creamy taste, it is mild yet flavoursome.
Corra linn will make a fantastic addition to your Scottish cheese board.
