Red Cow Parmigiano Reggiano began it's life seven centuries ago in the Italian provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, parts of Bologna and parts of Mantua. Nature blessed the region with ideal cattle grazing land to create the unique milk from the "Zona Tripica".
Worldwide blind tasting have the Red Cow Parmigiano Reggiano no 1 in their quest to find the best Parmesan in the world.
